SDM280e Standard Definition MPEG-2 Decoder

In addition to the features common to all Stradis standard definition decoders, the SDM280e offers the following outputs and features.

Video Output

• SMPTE 259M-C SDI (Serial Digital) video output.
• Composite (RS-170-A) video ouptut
• May be configured for RGB or YPrPb component video output.
• Genlock input for synchronizing the video clock with a reference signal.

Audio Output

• Eight channels of embedded audio available on SDI video output.
• One AES3 digital audio output can output two uncompressed channels or one compressed stream.
• Two balanced analog audio output channels.
• Two unbalanced (CD-ROM Style) audio outputs for monitoring.
• Four audio streams can be decoded simultaneously.
