Art Nacht Appointed CEO of Stradis

Stradis, Inc. announces the appointment of Arthur S. Nacht to the position of Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Nacht, formerly Chief Operating Officer, has taken over duties from Glenn Sirkis as CEO, effective immediately. Mr. Sirkis will remain in his position as Chairman of the Board.

"As CEO since the founding of Stradis I have built a strong management team that is now fully capable of directing the company both operationally and strategically," said Mr. Sirkis. "My changing role will allow me to focus on evaluating new technology, analyzing market direction, and guiding the direction of future Stradis products. I will also have more time to devote to acting as a liaison between our customers and engineers in order to provide for their needs now and in the future."
