Stradis, Inc. announces the appointment of Arthur S. Nacht to the position of Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Nacht, formerly Chief Operating Officer, has taken over duties from Glenn Sirkis as CEO, effective immediately. Mr. Sirkis will remain in his position as Chairman of the Board.
